Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.thedetailerexmouth.com website (the “Service”) operated by The Detailer (“us”, “we” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then please do not access the Service.

The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of The Detailer and its licensors.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties, implied or given.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Payment
Where applicable we may request a deposit of £50.00 at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the vehicle is released to you. Please collect your vehicle promptly at the agreed time as specified.
Upon completion of your Detail you will be asked to inspect the vehicle and confirm that the Detail has been completed to the specification as explained.
Should the Customer be unsatisfied with the completion of the Detail, the Customer is required to indicate the points to us and allow us to rectify the same. If the Customer cannot be present at the completion of the Detail, such points should be detailed in writing with accompanying photographs and must be received and acknowledged by Us within 24 hours of the completion of the Detail.
Failure to make any such claim in the period specified above shall constitute unqualified acceptance of the Detail and waiver by the Customer of all claims relating to the Detail.
The Customer must ensure that the vehicle is emptied of all personal and non-fixed items within the vehicle. We reserve the right to make a further charge for clearance of the Customer’s vehicle.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
Please remove any child seats prior to the Detail.
Please ensure there is sufficient fuel to enable the engine to be started and the vehicle to be moved, should the need arise. The Customer accepts that the vehicle may need to be moved and liability for such movement remains with the Customer.
The Detailer’s premises are secured with 24hour CCTV. No liability can be accepted for loss, damage or theft of any vehicle or its contents. The Customer must ensure the vehicle has the correct insurance in place.
